<li>Ajoutez les bananes écrasées et le lait d'amande, mélangez.</li>
<li>Ajoutez la farine et la levure chimique, et mélangez.</li>
<li>Ajoutez quelques extras : chocolat, noix, ...</li>
<li>Versez le mélange dans un plat de cuisson chemisé de papier sulfurisé ou simplement beurré.</li>

										<p>Pour les plus gourmands, vous pouvez rajouter une petite poignet de pralin au mélange sec, ou bien saupoudrer le gâteau avant de l'enfourner.
Ce gâteau ne contiens ni beurre, huile ou sucres raffinés. Si vous voulez qu'il soit encore plus "humide", vous pouvez y ajouter 5cl d'huile de noisettes grillées.</p>
