This itinerary is a beautiful challenge to take on, mainly through forests, along fields, or on small country roads. For singletrack enthusiasts, you will be delighted! At the halfway point, a few kilometers of road section will allow you to catch your breath, as there is quite a bit of elevation gain. The sections through the forest are very enjoyable and playful, making for a great time dodging tree trunks and guessing the path covered in leaves. However, be cautious of roots and large rocks that can be difficult to spot due to the shading.

An itinerary that offers a multitude of landscapes through the Landes de Lanvaux, each very unique. You will pass through small typical Breton villages such as Plaudren or Elven, where you can stop to refill your water bottles or grab a snack at a bakery.

By following this trail, you embark on a full day of exploring nature. You will have the opportunity to admire the rich Breton heritage and culture, as in Elven, where a group of retired friends compete in a game of Breton shuffleboard.

When you pass through the forests, take the time to listen carefully. You might hear the buzzing of one or several natural beehives above you. It’s quite a magical moment, especially for those accustomed to the sounds of engines. (Don’t worry, they won’t come and attack you.)
