If you’re looking for an healthier version of a Banana Bread, without processed sugar, you’ve got to try this recipe! 

You can add some chocolate chunks or walnuts in the preparation if you’d like to make it even more tasty. I’ve also heard that you can add some cinnamon!

P.S.: you can store easily and it will stay tasty! 😉

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 160g flour
  • 30ml almond milk (or other plant or non-plant-based milk)
  • 3 ripe bananes
  • 20g honey (or other sweetener of your choice)
  • 9g of baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a foammy mixture.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and almond milk, mix.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix.
  5. Add some extras : chocolates, walnuts, ...
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or simply buttered.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 35 minutes (check the preparation during baking).
