One of the most requested recipes by my friends! It’s yummy, moist, and consists only of good things. Don’t hesitate to try this recipe; it will only take you 10 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of cooking.

  • 2 eggs
  • 50g unsweetened applesauce
  • 50ml almond milk (or other plant or non-plant-based milk)
  • 2 apples
  • 100g flour
  • 60g almond powder
  • 50g honey (or other sweetener of your choice)
  • 20-30g sliced almonds
  • 1 packet of baking powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a foammy mixture.
  4. Add the applesauce and almond milk, mix.
  5. Add the almond powder, flour, baking powder, and mix.
  6. Add the apples and mix again.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or simply buttered.
  8. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the mixture.
  9. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 28 to 32 minutes (check the preparation during baking).
